Responsibilities

Maintain up to date inventory data, including work orders, adjustments and receivers using a computer.

 

Primary Responsibilities/Activities:

 

  1. Provides Safety Orientation to all new employees
  2. Part of PetAg Safety Committee
  3. Keep inventory transactions up-to-date and accurate in computer
  4. Enter work orders in computer
  5. Enter receivers in computer
  6. Issue monthly cycle counts
  7. Issue weekly cycle counts
  8. Issue purchase orders for non – inventory items
  9. Double check Rawhide shipments upon arrival
  10. Enter information from receivers and work orders to inventory spread sheets (Waiting to be released, Production)
  11. Enter time sheets in Microsoft Access
  12. Enter work order cost to labor spread sheet
  13. Enter new structures and/or revise in computer
  14. Process weekly time cards and fax/email to agencies                                  
  15. Assist Inventory Control Manager / Operations Manager / Controller with year-end physical inventory
  16. Provides assistance to warehouse personnel using IFS
  17. Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: Data Entry, Inventory Control, filing, bilingual a plus
  • Specialized knowledge or training: Detail oriented, Computer,
  • Inventory Control, Warehousing
