This Sales Coordinator II role is responsible for coordinating and fulfilling the needs as identified and determined by the National Sales Manager between the National Sales Manager, National On-line Sales Rep and Administrative Support to the President of Strategic Trade Business Development, Domestic Field Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Service and Pet Ag Accounts.


Major Duties / Responsibilities:   

  1. New Item Set-Up Forms & Templates for Accounts
  2. Quote Reviews and Assisting with Program Execution
  3. Trade-show & Open House Registrations and Maintaining Cost/ROI Template
  4. Customer Account Program-Details Spreadsheet and other requested sales performance reporting
  5. Sales Meetings Planning Assistance/Coordination
  6. Administrative support for Account Terms Acknowledgement Program
  7. Account Re-Payment Fines/Deduction Research
  8. Free Goods Entry for Open House/Trade Show/Presentations
  9. E-Commerce Account activities monitoring
  10. Account Program Communications Coordination
  11. Facilitating and Coordinating Assigned Communications with Staff
  12. Execution of Approved Focused Constant Contact Programs
  13. Assist with Establishing and Executing E-Blast Communications Program with Account Base
  14. Other duties as may be assigned.


  • Education: BS Business Administration
  • Experience: Business related Work history of 2 or more years
  • Travel required in this position: 0-10%


Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Previous experience/knowledge within retail industry of either Pet Specialty or Farm/Ranch.
  • Analytical ability, reading comprehension, project coordination, strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Programs to include but not limited to Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Equally important is being able to multi-task, have excellent time management, be service oriented and responsible.
