Responsibilities

Basic Purpose: Compound finished product in accordance with Batch Record Instructions.

 

Areas of Primary Accountability:

  1. Verify raw materials measurements/weights for accuracy and document accordingly
  2. Measure and mix raw materials into finished product according to batch record instructions in accordance with standard operating procedures and CGMP’s
  3. Record data and deduct amounts of material from raw material inventory cards.
  4. Other duties as may be assigned.

 

Qualifications

Basic Position Specifications:

  1. Education: High School or equivalent
  2. Other skills: able to follow instructions pertaining to batch records, perform mathematical calculations

 

Physical Requirements:

            Standing/walking (on feet)    100%

            Lifting up to 60 lbs                 40%

            Stooping/bending over           25%
